I LOVE the taste of their syrups, which is SO much better than store bought and mass produced varieties. Simply put, it's because it's made the old-fashioned way. REAL foods have beneficial enzymes that don't get stripped away by excessive machine processing. They don't include fillers that cheapen the product, nor do they include refined sugars or flavor enhancers to make the product taste like the real thing.

When I found this web shop I had some questions, and Cory was kind to answer them all. He's so knowledgeable and personable, like the shop owners I used to know they treat you like friends and family. Excellent customer service!

I ordered the amber and dark robust for pancake and sesame seed bars so far and exploring other recipes to try. I love that the syrups come in a glass bottle instead of plastic. Great design, as it's easier to hold. The bottles were packed with care and shipped quickly.

Real syrup has a flavor that the fake stuff just can't match, plus you can choose your preferred grade, whether that's a dark amber (like I like!) or something lighter. And not only are you getting something that isn't corn syrup and food dye, but you're supporting small family farms at the same time!

If you aren't used to real syrup, you should know it's thinner than the "pancake syrup" you can buy at the grocery store. But since it takes 40+ gallons of maple sap to produce a single gallon of maple syrup, rest assured the flavor is definitely there.

I had a great experience with this group of maple farmers. Ordered my maple syrup and it came in a timely fashion. Unfortunately the bottle was damaged in Shipping. I didn't think it would effect the syrup so we just opened the bottle and started to use a little bit. Corey reached out to make sure our syrup arrived and was in good condition. I told him it was and suggested a tighter box or packing material as my bottle had a minor damage. He was extremely concerned and told me to throw the bottle away. It could have shards of glass and be dangerous to my family. Then he promptly updated his packing and replaced my bottle. I will never buy from anyone else again.
