I visited this pumpkin patch recently, hoping to enjoy a lovely autumn day. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by an uncomfortable incident. The owner approached me about my clothing- my long sleeve shirt and leggings with intentional tears by my hips. While opinions on modesty differ, the way it was handled felt unnecessary and rude. I can take criticism as long as thereโs a baseline of respect behind it. Afterward, a staff member at a food stand stared at me and made a hurtful comment. When my boyfriend said hello, she replied, โThis is what you wantโyou want to be looked at. Thatโs why youโre dressed like that. So Iโm going to stare at you!โ I chose not to react, having dealt with bullies before. This created an unwelcoming atmosphere and detracted from what should have been a fun outing. As a nursing student, I cherish my time to relax, and it was disappointing to encounter such negativity. Itโs upsetting to see a lack of kindness in a family friendly setting. There's something for the whole family, including slides, rides, corn maze, pumpkin patch, goat feeding and more. The gem stone mining was a huge hit with the kids and adults. The kettle corn is made on-site and is delicious. The food truck offers a variety of food options (the twisted potatoes are amazing) and they are all great. The owners have curated a unique family experience that you don't want to miss! Be sure to have enough room...

Overall entrance and participation fees are reasonable but the pumpkins there are a bit pricey. Only real complaints were that some rude people had come through trying to destroy corn stalks on the maze (not managements fault) they were also being pretty rough around our 1 year old but I think it was just a bad group and doesn't reflect on the usual customers. Although a lot of the pumpkins in the pumpkin patch were...
