We had a wonderful time hiking here! Highly recommend!!! So many different trails, vast forests with a lake running on both sides of the acres of land that this is located on. It was extremely hot when we went but it was cool for the dogs and with a lake along the trails they could cool off safely. We also ran into a what looked like a developing land that was connected to the park. We hiked the big rock/sand dunes. Might not recommend this on your own as the rocks/sand wasn't stable and was a bit safety hazard. The dogs had a wonderful blast here, running on so much free space and climbing. We did see one sigh at the end of our hike that stated that the sand/rock dunes area was private property...there wasn't anyone here while we were climbing around (pretty sure the developers don't want a bunch of people in there work zone) and the area wasn't fenced off and the sign was hidden in some bushes, just be cautious. Trails were kept...

This is the best public lake I've ever been to in Seattle, dont even get me started. The fish healthier than I would have ever imagind! But, most of all, this place has the healthiest forest I had ever seen in a long time and shouldnt be touched by anyone, that has had an issue with loitering what so - ever, in a forest trail, on a highway, and anywhere else, sorry to say, but SHAME ON YOU INFORONT OF All THE PEOPLE ON THIS PLANET FOR...

Be advised: Bring a trail map, Google Maps is inaccurate! Highly recommend you look at or bring a local trail map prior to going - there are no signs to indicate the public trail access follows the creek (see pictures for access). The trails turn eastward at the north part of the park. Google Maps will lead you to private access only.

Otherwise, this place is beautiful. Could explore for a full day, huge...

This is an excellent park with several miles of trail and a lake. The parking area accommodates about 15 to 20 cars. There is a restroom at the trailhead. There is a map and interpretive signs. The trails are a mix of stone forest road and dirt single track.
