At first we were very excited to stay here. The lake was beautiful and it seemed very cozy and inviting. Unfortunately, we were there during the off season so boat rentals and community areas were not open. The restrooms/showers on site were run down and we were glad to have an RV with a bathroom. We showered off site as well as the showers looked questionable. We were hoping to find somewhere we could stay through the summer but they did not have any monthly site rentals available, the campground was no where near full but they were not willing to work with us. To top it off the lady in the office, whom I believe to be the owner was curt and came off as rude. They do not do refunds so only pay for as many nights as you are certain that you will be there. The dump fee was $20 and there were signs at the office stating that you need to dump somewhere else prior to checking in. Basically it's a beautiful location with very poor management.
