Waskom Travel Information Center — Attraction in Blanchard

Only giving a 2 🌟 because when you have been traveling a long way and being welcomed home to my State I was so happy to see this new center. Well they had closed the restrooms and we were dying to use them. The place closes too early , should be like 8 pm or a 24 hr location. Other than that , everything else was very nice and alot of pretty monuments . God Bless Texas. If RR were open I would of gave them 5 🌟. But don't let that stop you from stopping.. also getting back on Highway there is a quick exit to gas stations and food. . Pricey but...

Beautiful rest stop. Inside area is open till 5. Includes maps n traveling material. They have concierge at desk to answer questions you may have. Lady welcomed us as soon as we came in n offered my daughter an activity book. They have a tv sitting room n restrooms inside.plentyof places to sit and relax inside n outside. Restrooms r available outside. They do offer family restroom inside. Maintance on site taking care of trash and cleaning. Bending machines...however i wouldnt advise the chocolate as it seems to be melting lol water...
