Magnolia Mill — Attraction in Blue River

I loved this place, the history of the mill is very interesting, and seeing the old building is impressive, the walk in the snow is difficult, but worth it. The waterfalls are frozen so you can climb them and touch them, just be very careful, it is not safe to go up there, but the view is beautiful. when you get to the first intersection if you go to the right it would be the path to the mill and to the left is the path to climb the frozen waterfalls.

Stunning views and a blast from the past as you walk around the grounds of mining history in a secluded landscape with a beautiful waterfall and creek. An absolutely hauntingly beautiful ruin from a bygone era of mining. Situated right next to a lovely waterfall and flowing river this is a nice easy little hike that let's you see some really cool history. Magnolia mill was used for gold and silver mining.
