My visit to Maris Farms a few years ago left me with memories of joy, wonder, and a deep appreciation for the beauty of nature. Nestled in the heart of Washington State, this charming farm offers a delightful array of attractions that cater to visitors of all ages, making it the perfect destination for a fun-filled day out with family and friends.
One of the highlights of my experience at Maris Farms was the stunning display of tulips that greeted me upon arrival. The vibrant colors and intoxicating fragrance of the blooming flowers were simply breathtaking, creating a picturesque backdrop that seemed straight out of a storybook. Wandering through the fields of tulips, I felt a profound sense of peace and tranquility, marveling at the beauty of nature's bounty and reveling in the simple pleasure of being surrounded by such natural splendor.
But Maris Farms is much more than just a flower garden—it's a veritable playground for the young and young at heart. From the moment I stepped foot on the farm, I was greeted by the infectious laughter and excited chatter of children as they explored the various attractions scattered throughout the grounds. The playground was a particular hit, with its colorful slides, swings, and climbing structures providing endless entertainment for little ones eager to burn off some energy.
For those looking for a bit of adventure, Maris Farms also offers tractor rides that wind their way through the scenic countryside, providing a unique opportunity to experience the beauty of the farm from a different perspective. As we rumbled along the dirt paths, I couldn't help but feel a sense of exhilaration and wonder, marveling at the rolling hills and vast expanses of farmland stretching out before me.
But perhaps the most memorable aspect of my visit to Maris Farms was the sense of community and camaraderie that permeated the air. From families enjoying picnics on the grass to couples strolling hand in hand through the tulip fields, there was a palpable sense of joy and togetherness that made me feel like I was part of something truly special.
In conclusion, my experience at Maris Farms was nothing short of magical. From the stunning beauty of the tulip fields to the endless fun of the playground and tractor rides, every moment was filled with laughter, excitement, and cherished memories. Whether you're a nature lover, a thrill-seeker, or simply looking for a day of family-friendly fun, Maris Farms offers something for everyone. I can't wait to return and create even more wonderful memories at this enchanting...

Ticket prices have risen considerably for obvious reasons, but please take in to account that you have to buy everyone in your party a flat $33.50 (with additional processing fee of $2.50 a ticket) ticket even though they may or may not be a child or be enjoying any of the kid rides and that may be a lot for a big family. For us it was a definite reason to find a farm more cost affordable this year unfortunately. And if your going to spend the day, bring a lunch and get your money's worth for sure. It's higher priced than the zoo at this point.
2020 We have definitely had our fair share of mandatory fall farm visits in the last 22 years and have experienced overpriced experiences and underrated farms. We have a mix of bigs and little kids so we took advantage of the farms discounts located on their website (we noticed on the drive in that the local diner on the main strip advertised discount tickets also) Line for check in was easy and smooth. Map we were given was clear and informative. I have to say I'm kinda blown away with not being charged individually for each experience, nothing is worse than playing the guessing game with the kids on whether its included on admission (the map clarified all the included adventures and the ones that cost extra). The kids were able to do a ton of stuff included in their admission, fishing, zip lines, slides, giant bounce tarp, bounce houses, animals, face painting, corn maze (very cool that there was individual maps with questions for all ages, definitely added some fun to the maze), cow train ride, candy cannon, and more I know I'm forgetting. The layout made it so no one was really on top of each other, lines moved quickly, parking was not extra. I would recommend more picnic tables though, we were very interested in tasting the multiple food stops but there were limited seating options. All of the employees were nice and respectful. So a full of adventure, but empty of drama...a $5 large pumpkin to go home with and a new family tradition...
Read moreTook the whole family to Maris Farms today for the first time. It was amazing ! First impression was that it was very expensive but I'd heard good things about it. We arrived and there was plenty of parking available which was nice.
One of the biggest surprises was to find out that they had a baby changing station set up near the outhouses. We have a 4 month old baby and so this was an amazing surprise. It had a changing table and also a chair for nursing and then a privacy curtain. These things may seem unimportant or like small gestures , but when you're a parent they make the world of difference. I've never been to a pumpkin patch that had a spot to change diapers and this was so thoughtful and amazing. The outhouses were actually well serviced and not disgusting and they had a real water hand washing station which was also nice.
The farm itself was amazing. We didn't even get a chance to do half of the things that were offered because we ran out of time but it was definitely amazing and they had so much to offer. It was nice that everything was included in the price as well. The corn maze was perfectly challenging without being too frustrating or taking up the entire day. The ropes course was so fun for my daughter. Loved that they had a separate younger kid line for the rope swings , was so excited to see tether ball set up everywhere. The lady running the cow train was so super nice and friendly and my daughter loved the ride itself. It wasn't overly crowded which was also great. The bounce blob was great and glad to see they limited how many kids could be on it at once as I could forsee it becoming utter chaos if they didn't. My daughter loved the corn room , and the big slide as well. Overall, it was still very expensive but they had so much to offer and the whole family enjoyed it greatly. I'd definitely recommend this pumpkin...
