I live on Kincaid Road and hike these trails almost every day with my two dogs. What once was a clean, quiet trail is now littered and festered with other dog owners who feel it's ok to keep their dogs off leash when approaching other dogs and people. A gentle reminder that saying, "IT'S OK, MY DOG IS FRIENDLY" misses the point. If an altercation happens due to your irresponsibility, It's YOUR fault. Have proper recall and curb your dog. Also, please clean up after yourself. Empty liquor bottles, trash and feces have become a normal site in this lot. There is no waste receptacle at this trailhead.

I had a nice hike today. The trail is well marked with varying terrain from flat to hilly and to smooth to rocky. I enjoyed the rock formations and rock walls. It is a good walk in the woods. Easy to moderate.

Beautiful weather. The few bugs not too bad. Trails were clear, clean and wll maintained. Do not wear flip flops. Where appropriate hiking shoes or risk twisting your ankle. Enjoy; happy trails
