Alison is the most horrible sales rep I have ever encountered. I drove long distanced to buy a sweatshirt for my daughter, however I was parked illegally and ran out without a receipt. I quickly realized I bought the wrong size. This woman Alison, the face of UMASS Boston refused to exchange it for the right size. I asked if there was anyone who could help. She said she was the only one there and there was absolutely nothing she could do to help me. I found a lovely lady who contacted the manager who said it wasn't a problem. Upon entering the book store this same smug woman was in the phone with her manager. I asked her why she couldn't have called the manager before for help and she said, "it was against protocal." Read moreWhen I visited UMASS bookstore, I thought things were going to be extremely expensive like the previous college bookstore. I was amazed by their prices. Their electric are half cheaper than the previous bookstore. The same laptop I bought at my old college is half price than theirs, which was crazy! I could not believe it. I which I could return it and get my money back, but it is too late. It was very organized and has almost everything a student need for their academic. I will be starting this fall and I picked my books and ready to pay for them. The prices were the same and a little cheaper than Amazon. Shop around first to compare the prices.
