I have walked and mountain biked here many times.
Biking the big loop is a very different experience if you travel clockwise vs counter clockwise. I find clockwise more challenging physically and counter clockwise is short fun sprints.
Every person I have brought here likes the change of terrain - plus, it’s beautiful when the fog lifts.
It can be warm and dusty late in the summer, but it’s always great.
A while ago I think there was a discrepancy between the website and the location on the hours, so check or call before coming. They do close this park if dangerous or bad weather is expected and for park maintenance, just check ahead of time.

All trails are clearly marked and have different levels of difficult (moderate being the most difficult currently).
