The park is well secured for you and Fido with a separate section for little pups and little adults. There is a water outlet for all during the warm months and a shade canopy. There are bags if your Fido drops some you-know-what and in case you forgot your own. there are some who either forget to pick up or just didn’t see it but overall it stays very clean. I kept one star back because the park people don’t seem to fix some areas like one large mud hole. Last I saw it was 2 feet deep and up to 4 feet long most dogs jump in. There are other holes that needs to be filled before me or my dog break an ankle. To get a star back, make a water fountain park for the canines. I would even pay a membership for that.

A great place to take your furbaby! Tons of other dogs to play with, and ample room to run and play. There is a different section for small dogs but you can really go wherever you want. Benches and a canopy for pet parents to hang out. Everyone there is always super friendly. My friends and I love to gather here for puppy play dates. There is a water fountain that is dog friendly but consider bringing your own bowl and bottle of water.

Nice dog park with benches under trees for shade, a large shade awning with a doggie fountain for hydration. The “all dogs” area is probably 2-3 acres and the small dogs section is about half that size. All entrances are the double gate entry type, so that dogs can’t get away from their owners accidentally when others come and go. During good weather there are usually always a few if not a lot of dogs present.

Large park with plenty of room for any size dog. Our dog loves to go! A few little hills. Almost always at least one dog there to play. Big open area. 2 fenced areas for size of dog.

A few things to remember: the park is not secured so anyone can enter. No carded gate which I would recommend. The card would force owners to show dog shot records to get their card.

There is some shade, but for the biggest part it's not. A few benches under trees. There is a canvas awning placed up in summer which is nice. However, it is surrounded by dirt or mud so if you head that way, prepare to bathe your dog. We try to head away from there out to trees. Also, this area humans congregate so then their dogs congregate....so if a fight is gonna break out....it's usually here.

You do have to watch your pet closely...like normal. There are always those few who don't watch theirs and don't pick up after their dog or watch if they are causing fights.

Water is available, but not in winter. Doggie potty bags are provided.

Overall, a really nice park! My review sounds negative....don't mean it to be. Just cautions for your...

We are visiting the area and decided to take our dog to the park to burn off some energy. We were pleasantly surprised! The big dog lot is about the size of a football field and there was a separate lot for dogs under 30 pounds. For the weather in Kentucky the last few weeks, the grounds were in decent shape, just a tad muddy which was to be expected. I only saw one freshly dug hole at the park, so this appears to be something routinely repaired. I wish the fountain had been running, but I understand where it’s February. My husband and I really enjoyed the facility. Be wary of other dog owners not paying attention, though. Also, parking was very tight, that’s my only complaint!...
