We bought a 1/4 steer and have had the most wonderful dinners since. The ground beef is the best we have ever had and we had a T bone steak that was tremendous. It has a flavor that is much better than what we get at the market. I am looking forward to have the roasts and other prime cuts...Its easy to accomplish this order and to enjoy supporting the Oswalt family.

It’s so wonderful to buy beef and lamb from a local source! I’ve been to the farm and the animals are well cared for and live a comfortable life- just what I want!
