I just love this place! I have now finished all the trails and will continue to go. Very well maintained and a lovely variety and lengths for whatever you are looking for. I love being able to take my dog with me and not have to worry about others not have their pets leashed. Now, the only thing bad about the place is people of the public not picking up after their dogs... the park has sooo many canisters with pet waste bags for free for a reason, people need to stop being lazy and hurting others experiences. Again this is a people problem,... the park it’s self is great and they couldn’t offer any more accommodations to help the issue because laziness and irresponsibility of others is the issue! But overall is a...

This is the best park around, in my opinion. The structures have an attractive wooden-built theme that complements the landscape, and most of the trails are paved. On this side of the park, there is a pond, a number of hiking trails, a playground, and an observation terrace, which may be the highest elevation in the county. What most people don't know about this park is that it is actually really large. If you take the steep paved trail trough the woods to the other side of the park, you'll find a lake, some grass fields, another playground (near one of the two other parking lots), and a surprisingly nice disc gold course (also near the same...

This is an amazingly, wonderful Park, especially if you like walking, jogging, running, bicycle riding. Long, long, long trails for every level of experience. It's a really big Park. It even has horse trails if you happen to have a horse and a trailer to travel around with your horse. There are three different parking areas. The one area has a playground for the kids and a bunch of pavilions and picnic areas. One parking area is for the horse trailers. And the other parking area is for walking around the lake. Trails connect all the different areas. There are many, many miles of trails. This is a really beautiful Park. They have...

This is a very large Park with a lot of walking/running paved trails. It is dog and kid friendly with drinking spots to water your dog & room to exercise them. There's also a new playground for the kids, with cool Merry-Go-Round, swing sets, large sand box, huge playset with rock wall, monkey bars, 3 slides Etc. There is a big Pavilion with nice tables a grilling area & lots of spots to sit around the park, bench swing Etc. The trail goes around the lake which is very nice and scenic with an abundance of wildlife!

This is a great park to walk, run, bike, or hike. The are horse trails as well. So much to do at this park that surrounds a lake with a 2.2 mile trail going around it. There are hiking trails that go throughout the park. Don’t let the name fool you. It isn’t little at all. We’ve been going to this park for 2 years with the kids and still enjoy it. Last visit there was even a random dinosaur statue on an island for a scavenger hunt that the county put together.
