Hazel Crest Park District — Attraction in Bremen Township

I recently had a party there for my son and from the time I put the deposit down till the day of the actual party (December) the customer service was horrible! I originally spoke with Laquita when I first booked with them back in October since then I was only able to get in contact with Laquita once! She was either not available to talk on the phone, wasn’t at the facility, and barely returned my phone calls. Whenever I visited the facility it was never busy so I was confused and even more frustrated into why I could never get in contact with the person I originally spoke to in the beginning. I had to talk to her through third parties (receptionist). The day of my son’s party I was told the room would be clear and the tables would be set up. When I arrived, there was another party still set up from the day before! I had to take down decorations and rearrange tables (NOT MY JOB)! Happy Sunday last night was my mom's 80th birthday party was not impressed with the place was very impressed with a worker by the name of Kay she went over and beyond to help me and my family set up for my mom's birthday party.... My concerns is there were two bathrooms they were atrocious they were not clean clearly they have not been cleaned in a very very long time and for you to charge the amount of money that you charge knowing that this event was a dinner party for my mother birthday you could of least clean the bathrooms then random people was constantly trying to walk in the place because they had people there doing outside activities be very cautious people when you book a place like this I'm not impressive when not...
