Amy was so helpful during my scheduling and while I had questions before the event. I had a problem with the delivery time and Amy asked me to give her a bit and she’d see what she could do and within 5 minutes she texted me back with a better time for me!!! Then the morning of the event 2 young men, came out to set up. Very professional and kind, they answered all my questions and went above and beyond their job. Then when they came back that night the kids didn’t want the slip n slide to leave they were having SO MUCH FUN!! They were trying to sweet talk the guys and they went along with it and made the kids so happy. These two young men took their equipment without distrubing the party. I had a kiddy pool, tubs for the kids feet and 2 tarps. They gathered it all emptied them, folded my tarps and piled them nicely on the side of the house. We rented a square traditional style bounce house castle for our daughter's birthday. I had a couple questions, but the company was so great to answer quickly and thoroughly. They messaged us the night before to let us know when to expect drop off and pick up. They even messaged us when they were on their way for drop off and pick up since the time frame was a 1 hour period. They set up quickly and didn't need anything from me (except a basic power outlet) it was easy, they were really nice, and it all worked out so smooth. I will definitely be a repeat customer and would recommend them to whoever needs a bounce...

From the initial call I knew I was going to have a good experience, there website is clear and easy to use but I preferred to call them. all of my questions were answer and they are very friendly. I was able to pay over the phone and move on with the party planning. I received the contract by email and the day before they sent me an ETA and they were punctual, the two young man were very friendly and made the set up fun for my granddaughter. instruction were clear the kids had so much fun. they send me a ETA for pick up and again they took care of everything.
