Brought my car in to have an Intoxalok installed. They messed up the wiring. Dashboard lights wouldn't come on and the battery was draining in an hour, likely a grounding issue. I called to tell them about it but they wouldn't take me seriously, said it was highly unlikely as this was their "bread and butter," told me not to expect them to find anything, and couldn't get me in for another six weeks. I called Auto Radiator Services, they listened, ran me through the possibilities and tests they could run, had me in later that afternoon, and fixed it within an hour. Had them install subs under my backseat, drove home after picking my truck up and the subs started smoking and blew up within 5 minutes and the bass nob on the amp was turned all the way on, cost me $300 for new subs on top of the labor I already paid to have them install. On top of that custom service was not very good. Little words were exchanged and they handed me my keys the second I paid them and told me to have a nice day not mentioning a thing abt my truck or what to do or what not to do, which would have been nice and could have prevented me from losing more money than I just did.
