If I could leave 0 stars I would. I drove an hour and a half from New York. The park said it closes at 8pm and whichever cop was driving police car AM65352 must have had a date or something. He started blarring his horns at 7:15 and saying park is closed. At 7:30 he came back and rushed everyone out. I paid $50 to come to this place to not get my full time. I would like for this review to get attention and I would like to file a complaint. As soon as I can find out how I will. Completely messed up. Even for the locals but specially for me and my family. I hope someone sees this as this park seems to be operated by these cops. They must think they can do as they please, but if park closes at 8pm. You leave at 8pm. Read moreI love this beach. We go when it's usually uncrowded and it's quite peaceful. I've never been there when it's crowded, never seen it messy or rowdy. So my experience has always been positive. Plenty of parking, outdoor playground, public bathroom and shower facilities. There's grills for use, first come first serve.
