This is so ridiculous. This is Google. An app written by idiots (figuratively speaking of course). They asked me what I thought of the San Francisco Bay. "You were here just a month ago". I have lived here 40 (insert expletive, it is the one that starts with the 6th letter of the alphabet and fits every scenario you can imagine) years. There is no place better on this planet than the Bay Area. Of course my daughter in LA would disagree and to be honest I like LA and Beverly Hills. But I live in Oakland and I love Oakland, and of course, I would not want to forget to mention the city across the Bay ... give me a second... I know the name ... it's right there. San Yisidro... no San Clemente... no San Francisco yeah that is it. San Francisco. Anyway. How ya gonna hate a place as beautiful as California??? Oh well I guess if you are a Repulican or a silly conservative. Get this I just typed the word Silly and guess which suggestions GOOGLE gave me for the next word to follow. I swear to God it was 1. Woman and 2. Girl. And they automatically capitalized god. I had to force them this time not to. Damn GOOGLE no wonder a woman can't get equal...

From the upper level of the bridge, you can see different boats crossing below, and the famous Alcatraz on the far right, after you cross the tunnel of Yerba Buena Island. You can then go to the shopping district of Union Square downtown located at 333 Post St or browse your way at Chinatown located at 747 Grant Ave. The real magic is at night when the skyline of San Francisco is transformed into a myriad of colorful lights. My favorite spot to take pictures at night is from the I-280 fwy before entering the...
Read moreI mean, for sailing, either there isn't any wind at all, or it is a small craft advisory, either one or the other with barely anything in between. Water is murky and choppy with shallow mud flats everywhere at low tide, wind and tide always seem to be against where I want to go, and be careful not to get run over by a tanker. The "slot" between Berkeley and the Golden Gate Bridge, around Alcatraz, is scenic and there is always at least a little wind there, but otherwise has most of the same problems as elsewhere else. I guess harbor porpoises and fleet week is cool. If you really like sailing, stay in...
