This is an incredible place to visit. Very well kept, clean, etc. Clean bathrooms with sinks. Picnic tables with grills and trash cans. Excellent fishing for trophy brown trout and rainbow trout. Nice walking trail that goes over a bridge and around an island, approximately half mile I believe. Trail is also suitable for bicycles. Great nature views, usually see some sort of wildlife. Path I'd very well kept and marked and has benches along the way to rest, relax, or just take in the scenery. Mostly wading or bank fishing but last week I did see a new boat ramp??? Maybe for canoes and kayaks or small boats? I meant to go look but simply forgot. Great for kids, or elderly. Also the road goes across South Holston Dam so be sure to drive up there for even more...

They have picnic tables with grills and a lovely bridge at which you can look down and see tons of brown and rainbow trout. The water is icy cold but that gives a nice cool breeze while you...
