We had the most fun today. I expected the kids to have fun but us adults had just as much fun as they did. We walked all 3 mazes twice, first forward (start to finish) and then backwards (finish to start). We logged 5.82 miles total. We found all 15 check points, which were actually challenging. The kids play areas are all watched over by a staff member. Every staff member we had contact with was smiling, friendly and happy. They all seemed to truly enjoy being there even tho they were working. The gate attendants at the maze entrance took the time to explain everything we would need to know and answered all our questions. The hayride was fun, very informative about the farm and the pumpkin cannon was unmatched. We had a delicious dinner, the kids enjoyed pizza while my husband and I had cheeseburgers. For dessert we had the yummiest ice cream and some cotton candy. After dinner we enjoyed a stroll through the pumpkin patch and we all picked a pumpkin to bring home. There were a ton of people there but nothing was over crowded, there were no long lines to wait in, when you ordered something it was ready in just a minute or 2. The grounds were very clean and clear. There were staff members walking around making sure there was no trash laying around on the ground or left unattended on tables, they were wiping things down constantly, there were no overflowing trash cans. This was our first time here but it definitely will not be our last. I highly recommend this place, with or without kids, you'll have a great time here.
My only recommendations...
In the parking lot, we saw a few handicap spots up at the gate but not very many. I think there needs to be a lot more designated handicap spots. Maybe the whole upper section at the entrance gate. I have a handicap license plate and still had to park in the lower section of the parking lot. Thankfully today was a good day and I didn't need a close spot anyway but there could have been be others who did and couldn't get one.
Another would be for the employee (there was only 1 under the shed loading kids on tractors and 1 on the track that we saw) at the large pedal tractors to have better control over the loading line. My 2 kids (7 year old and 13 year old) were the only 2 in line. When 1 tractor became available the guy was moving the seat on it to accommodate my 7 year old. My 13 year old stood waiting for the next tractor. A group of 8 or 10 unattended young boys came and got in line with my 13 year old. As tractors would come in one of the younger boys from the group would just jump on it and ride off. The employee watched this happen several times and did nothing as if he was afraid to correct the behavior of the unattended boys. It took my husband going over and telling the other kids to stop jumping in front of ours and to wait their turn. The employee should have control of the line, kids, ECT at all times and not be afraid to correct bad or dangerous behavior.
Finally I think the gate attendants for the maze should have a list of where the clues for the barn yard investigation are. Not anything where they give you any answers, just a hint or at least they should know which maze has which clues so they could look at what clues you are missing and tell you which maze you need to recheck. We talked to several people who had all the check points and all the clues except for 2 and they all said the gate attendants couldn't help them find the missing clue. If you spend hours walking and searching and find everything except for the 1 remaining clue that would reveal the answer that would be so...
Read moreEDIT October 2025: Well someone must have read this and taken my advice, as the 2025 and 2024 mazes had little to none of that prickly overgrowth I was complaining about! Thank you so much!
EDIT October 2023: This place is still a very good five-star experience, but it seems like every year there are more and more prickly weeds that are growing on the corn maze paths. The large maze has always been overgrown like this, but now it's impacting all three mazes, and I nearly missed one of the checkpoints because I didn't want to wade through all of it. This place has got to do a better job of cutting these weeds out!
Original review: I've been coming here every year since 2016, and I'm never disappointed!
They don't just have one corn maze, they have THREE! Along with the regular checkpoints you need to find that each maze, they also have adapted the FSI game where you need to find out what happened to the farmer! It's sort of like Clue, as you need to find and eliminate a suspect, location, and weapon from each spot!
The small maze also has a different game where you will need to find out which animals ate the pie! Believe it or not, this one can be more challenging than the other one, as the clues for the pie game you need to look for are really tiny!
Aside from the three mazes, they also have plenty of food where you can get a full meal out of it, two big slides, a shack where you can buy certain sauces and jellies they've made, a pumpkin patch, jumping pillows, and a little racetrack where you can race on a bicycle of some sort!
I came here during the pitch black of night one year, to add to the challenge, but if you don't want to be constantly running into cobwebs every 2 seconds, I would not recommend it. Other than that I always have fun...
Read moreWe had a very great experience today. We just moved here from the West Coast. This patch is similarly priced to the one we attended for years. Today was rainy, but the staff were still all smiles. We headed into the corn maze. We did all 3 paths found all 15 check points, got all 6 animal prints and discovered who kidnapped the farmer. The kids had a blast running around following the map. The game for who discovered the farmer can be very interactive if you use the qr codes at each station that has them (these stations are separate from the check points). We were in the corn maze for close to 2 hours. We had fun and enjoyed ourselves. You could easily cut down the time, by not doing all of the activities. We jumped on the blob, road the tractor racers, did the hay ride which was about 20 minutes long with a lot of history about the farm itself. The kids loved watching the pumpkins getting launched/shot to the back half of the property. The live band was a nice touch. The long slides were fun and our kiddo went down them over and over again. We jumped on the blob and had a blast. This was actually our favorite part. Lastly, we picked our pumpkins. We also purchased food and that was alright, but as a mom with a kid who has severe food allergies I appreciate the staff checking labels and all that they were regularly cleaning all the tables and...
