This was a beautiful place to stop by on our trip up the Oregon Coast! We stopped by for about 1-2 hours just taking in the sights, because the scenery was so breathtaking. The rocks stand magnificently and miraculously have flowers growing on and around them, with grass and rocks scattered around different areas. Hike was a bit difficult, but seeing such beauty made it a lot easier. Best part was we actually got to see a SEA LION in the wild!! After climbing halfway up one of the huge Sister Rocks, we got an amazing view of the ocean and got to see a cute sea lion just swimming around! It was such a surprise! We probably could have stayed for hours if there wasn't a hotel to get to that night haha. So worth a stop on your trip if you haven't...

A nice place for a quick stop and stretch your legs. Not much of a Park in terms of facilities (really anything) but there's a dark sand beach and a couple of volcanic plug islands to explore around. The parking lot sucks, it's a rough, uneven gravel pullout directly off the highway. Need to get up to speed fast when pulling on. There's a trail down to the beach and two large rocks, almost looks like a road in places. The sea cave is kinda neat, and though we didn't go to the sandy beach, it looks like it would be a nice place to have a picnic or relax on a warm day. Scenic, but not a ton to see or do here if you weren't planning on a beach day. Worthy stop if you happen to pass by while on 101, but I wouldn't plan a trip around this...

Want ta' work up a sweat and see a whole bunch of Pacific coastal stuff in a relatively small area in one afternoon or morning from sea level to about 500 to 600 feet of altitude..........this is the place! Can be all wet, windy and chilled to the bone or hot, sunny and strip down to your shorts in the same day! Dress for climatic changes, wear sturdy high tops or 18 inch lace ups, carry lots of hydration and energy snacks, your best video/audio device, a one foot taller than you hiking staff and a good to best enduring attitude and you will have one-heck-of-a-day of fun and exploration! Head 'em up and move 'em out, Yall! Be safe out there! The Coast Guard helicopter ride can be fun...
