I really like this cute toddi park! The way the park is ran, like everyone is so friendly and inviting. I will definitely visit again. I asked the lady at the ticket booth where we could get on the train ride and she was so polite. It’s like I could walk up to any of the workers and hold a conversation about anything (that’s how us southern folks do it-southern hospitality)… Seriously though, I’m amazed at the professionalism and warm welcoming we got. Parking is literally a few feet away from the fun, so convenient and it’s free! When I arrived , I wasn’t sure where to go and there’s a woman standing at the entrance greeting everyone. She gave me all the info a first timer needed. And boom, we were on our way to the ticket booth. It’s really inexpensive and lots of fun. I love the fact that I can get on some of the rides with my twins 😂, perfect! I could t get many pictures bc I was busy having fun! The food? So my kiddos saw the sponge bob ice cream sticker over at the food area and that’s what they wanted. I also ordered nachos with cheese and hot dogs. It felt like I was at the carnival or something. The food was good. ❤️

This was our first time visiting Memphis kiddie park and it was a good time. I’m not certain of pricing for tickets as we were here for a birthday party so we were given wristbands from the hosts. What I can say is the wristband is good for two hours. We were able to get on everything twice in that time frame. All of the rides are “kiddie” friendly where they are able to get on them without adults. So if you don’t have an adventurous little one I’d recommend bringing a buddy for them to ride with so they aren’t scared. Also another plus that entry is free. You only pay for what you choose to ride on. That’s right grown ups; if you don’t wanna ride you are free lol. The concession prices are typical of amusement parks. Typical food options; hotdogs, popcorn, nachos and slushies. I’d imagine on a weekday it’s not as crowded as it was today but even with it being busy; we weren’t in lines for than 5-10 mins. All the staff that we interacted with were kind and helpful getting the kiddos in and out of rides. Overall I could see myself visiting here again.

Hosted a party here in 85 degree whether with 8 small children. They inform you that you can request a picture of water but we're still waiting two hours later. When it was time for us to receive our food I requested assistance to carry the food to the table. The manager (Alicia) said, "We don't do that". My response was, wow, you mean to tell me that I cannot get any assistance to carry this stuff to the table after spending my money here. I'll have to write that on the review. Alicia (the manager) sarcastic reply was "Go ahead, please do! I would have given them 1 star but the kids enjoyed themselves and I do not want to take away anything from the park itself. Just the unappreciative staff. By the way we asked again for two pictures of water while the kids were eating and was told. "I don't think so, start with one and then we'll go from there". But yet another party had 4 pictures of water. To say I'm extremely dissatisfied with the services that was provided would be an understatement.

We took 3 kids 5,4 and 18 months to the park. The kids had a ball! We bought a $42 coupon book with 25 tickets. Tickets are good anytime. The kids rode most rides at least 2x so we ended up getting second book of tickets and we finished those off too. The 18 month old rode the boats, carousel and cars. The roller coaster has a small drop with several hills and they go around 2 times. Adults can ride it and train ride too. There is a cute pony ride that looks like a small carrage with "pony" in front. 11 rides total. Nice staff who are aware of kids reactions to rides. No outside food in park but we had one who didn't like hot dogs so I took her out to car to eat food we brought for her. There are 3 coupons in with ticket for extra hot dog if buy one, popcorn and discount on mini-golf game.
