Meier-Bachus Farms — Attraction in Brookville

I purchased a half beef from John. The beef is flavorful and has nice marbling! John is an absolute stand up gentleman to buy beef from! Me being a first time buyer it was a bit overwhelming until John called and talked to me and thoroughly explained the process. He educated me on different cuts of beef, uses, etc... He was very communicative throughout the entire process and I was never left wondering about anything. I chose to have my beef vacuum packaged, but that processor was over 1.5hrs from me. John went out of his way to extend his stellar customer service and pick up my beef from the processor for me when it was ready. The processor he uses also did a very good job packaging the beef and the payment process was simple. I would definitely recommend John and the beef he raises.
