Road winds into the parking lot with some pot holes to watch out for. Once there, the trail is easy to find and is easily accessible and very short. There were some downed trees that could make immediate access difficult for some, but if/when those are cleared, it would be easy to get there. The river is immediately accessible, but if you want to get to the best view of the falls, you need to get over the small river. It appears they have a bridge that gets installed for summer traffic, but we just took off our shoes and walked across.
