Splash Pad at Williams Park — Attraction in Brownsburg

First time here, there's only one feature that seems to be slightly working/trickling? Anything over 3 ft tall doesn't have any water pressure and isn't on. The water feature at the top has not gone or moved in over an hour it leaks more water than it can fill so it won't spill out. The only other features are on the ground. It's like they forgot to turn the water on? I've read that they don't turn everything on at once but this is definitely not that situation. Super sad for a really hot...
