Bobz World — Attraction in Brownsville

As soon as we came in, Brenda (who we were told is the owner) immediately approached us asking if we needed help. We said no thank you and moved on. We noticed that she continued to follow us around the store . I noticed that she would pick up random things pretending to organize them and then would stare at us the entire time. She targeted us from the very beginning. I was willing to overlook this since I'm sure there are plenty of people who come looking to steal things. But then, as she left for lunch she told one of the other workers to keep an eye on us as she left-one of us heard her say this and gesture towards us. Once I noticed the second employee doing the same thing to us, I approached her and she denied everything and was very unapologetic and said "no one is doing that to you." It is understandable for an establishment to keep a watchful eye on people especially with all these poor quality knick knacks everywhere, but it is WRONG to target a family as soon as they enter and then proceed to follow them around just based on whatever assumptions they have made without reason. Its absolutley disgusting. Unfortunately Brenda left before I could speak with her. We ended up purchasing a few overpriced items since we had already promised our kids we would. They're not old enough to understand someone engaging in this type of abhorrent behavior. Brenda you should be ashamed of yourself. The other employee by the register was the only one that seemed...

My family and I visited Bobz World for the outdoor walk through. It was closed due to rain. Which is dramatic not being able to walk outside because it rained. I walked through the wet parking lot on their property so I don’t understand why they closed it. Another problem is the indoors walk through. My nephew and I came out of it to go look again. And the employee told me that I had to pay again to go look. Which is so dumb. They already ripped me off by having to pay $15 then for them to tell me after I payed that the outside was closed. In conclusion, I do not condone animal cruelty (hermit crabs, stingray skeleton, baby sharks in glass, and the skin of a puffer fish). The first step into the door… I saw a lot of dead hermit crabs. This place especially the owners will tell you that the hermit crabs are living their best life but they’re not. Look at the conditions they’re in. They walk on flat ground not substrate. They also drink out of a sponge. When in reality they should have two sets of salt and regular water. The temperature is awful. So tell me about the hermit...

Bobz World is a wonderful place to be at. Even though theres no real animals the displays are very beautiful to see n amazing to look at. I've been there twice, marking it my third time being here. We never got to play the bobz arcade the first time n the second time around it was being under construction so we never got to enjoy until recently. The games weren't too expensive n the point system is really amazing it helped us get lots of digital tickets we had fun getting toys n snacks. Sad I couldnt get a fritos pie but I did have some nachos with jalapenos which made up for it. It was delicious n yummy, wish I had more time for a second but had to leave. The shop is beautiful with amazing items to buy from. Bought a couple for my gf n my family bought some for me n the nephews n for their other grandkids. Would love to come back here again for another...
