I have enjoyed haunted houses for over 25 years now! I have gone to several dozen over the years and I have to say, this is one of my favorites! They really go all out. It's long in the best way possible (I hate when you feel like it's only a few minutes, this one was not short by any means!) It's one of the best priced ones I've been to. If you bring a can of food you get $1 off and I love that they donate to a good cause. Our group consisted of 3 generations, from my 11 year old son, all the way up to my mom! We all loved it and yes, it's scary!! There were a few people in a group in front of us who left because it was scaring them. We made it through, though I don't know if we would have if we weren't all together. 😅 If youre looking for a great haunted house, head here!

One of the Must Do thing during Halloween, ready to get dead scared with almost all varieties of evil figures while head spinning, vortex feeling, lost in dark and at the end, run for your life unless you wanna be part of a famous massacre. This place is far from madding crowd which itself gives a chill of haunted house. Few things to consider before you go - don't try if you are scared of absolute dark, or can't bear blazing high noise or believe zombies do exist. Parking is free, light snacks for purchase, restroom (honey bucket) on site.

Well done. Everything was great except waiting in queue outside in freezing cold weather. I have been to other haunted houses and some of them actually anticipate the queue size and provide some sort of tent covering. This helps with the cold. But full marks to the haunted house. The price here is reasonable. They don't sell online tickets and you have to come here to buy them. The VIP tickets almost don't have any wait time. That is super quick. So if you don't want to wait go for VIP or fast pass whatever is the correct name.

This place used to be really great but it was a disaster last time I visited. My friend and I drove all the way down from Seattle and we were really excited since we had so much fun the previous year. We got there around 9 PM and the line was ridiculously long — like comically long. I get it, haunted houses are popular, whatever. So we buy two fast passes for $25 each, which is actually pretty reasonable for a haunted house. We get in the haunted house pretty quickly and it's fun and scary for a minute or two, and then we run into the people in front of us. And then they run into the people in front of us. And the people behind us run into us. And very quickly we have a conga line of people, at least 10 in front and behind us. Obviously this pretty much ruins the experience, but even worse, it gets so backed up that we completely stop and are forced to stand there with no way to move for several minutes at a time. So not having fun, and not feeling like standing there all day, we asked one of the actors if they could escort us out through an emergency exit.

They did, and we were really disappointed so we went to the ticket booth to see if they could give us a pass to come back another night. The person working told me the were out of walkie talkies (?) but the people at the snack bar might have one. I went there and they didn't have one either. So one of those people left to go find the person in charge (I think her name was Diane) and finally they brought her back. Then she told me she had to quickly go do something else but she'd be right back.

25 minutes later she shows up and tells me she won't give me a pass because it's gonna be just as bad any other night. So I say, okay, can I just get a refund then? She says no because we already went through part of the haunted house. So she's admitting that they're selling a bad experience and she doesn't care at all because apparently that's just the way it is. I don't know if they need to increase the time between groups or cap the line earlier or what, but that's not something you should just accept without making any attempts to fix it. We won't be coming back.

PS: If you do end up going, watch out driving down the street it's on. I got pulled over on the way out and the cop told me I was doing 40 in a 25, even though there's no way I was doing over 30. Saw a few other people get pulled over on...

Enjoyed Fright Factory last night with friends … was our first time going. This is a cash only event so be prepared. Free parking available. On-site: ATMs, food vendors, porta potty’s, EMT and police. General admission is priced very well but it comes with a long line and wait times. Took us over 2.5 hrs to get inside. Might be worth paying the additional $15 for the fast pass to shorten the wait! If you’re sensitive to sensory stimuli, this isn’t for you. Lots of bright strobe lights, loud music and sounds, dark areas, fog, and various landscapes to walk through. Overall great decorations and atmosphere. Take time to really enjoy the decor …. It’s done very well. Actors are very respectful of guests and don’t touch and aren’t vulgar. I do wish there was some interaction with the waiting crowd. A scare here and there would be a welcomed distraction to the very long wait. Would definitely return next year and recommend to others. Great job Fright Factory …...
