Your Great Escape - Break It or Break Out — Attraction in Bucyrus

Me and my Best Friend have been saying we would go to a rage room for 6 years; this was our first one and such a great experience. We got there 15 minutes early and they had papers and everything ready; because we got papers done 10 minutes early they let us in the room early. Ran us through the safety precautions and rules quickly but clearly; and got us in to start! For $20 and nearly half an hour, we got to play our own music, break bottles, mugs, plates, smash and swing at huge pieces of medal all of which they provided! After the worker came in and saw we didn’t hit the dishes (thought they weren’t for breaking) and offered us an extra minute to break them!!! Afterwards, they offered to get our picture in the room, they had a sticky pad ready on the floor to grab any debris an off the bottom of our shoes, asked how it went, showed us to the complimentary waters, and we were on our way! We both felt amazing afterwards, it was a great experience for a great price! They were efficient, safe, and overall kind staff. Thanks for our first rage...

I thought this place looked awesome and was too excited to go, but I made an honest mistake scheduling with them in Bucyrus when it was the top google result for "rage room columbus". I tried calling numerous times to cancel but she didn't answer the phone. Finally, AT THE TIME OF MY APPOINTMENT, she answered the phone and was extremely rude, accused me of lying about calling, wouldn't even give me store credit. She DID offer me an on the spot reschedule but I had no clue when I'd be able to drive all the way to Bucyrus, over a 90 min drive from my house, for a 20 minute event. That's when she denied me store credit so I could have time to figure out when I could come up. No refund, no credit, no courtesy, no patronage from me...

I can see that someone else went through the same thing I did when scheduling, I scheduled then realized it wasn’t in Columbus & I immediately called right after, she was rude & she lied & told me I couldn’t get a refund so I hung up & read the terms & conditions & it tells me I can get a FULL REFUND within 48 hours of my scheduled appointment, so I call her back & then she changes her answer & tells me I can get a gift card , why would I want a gift card if I’m not trying to schedule in the first place anymore ? , mind yall this is the owner of the establishment, don’t recommend spending your money here , go to sandbox...
