Genuinely one of the easiest hikes I have ever gone on and has a fantastic view. I cannot express how beautiful and scenic this place was and how simple it was to go see. I would recommend to anyone especially those less seasoned hikers. Please Please try if you get the chance. What a true wonder of nature.

Quick drive from Lynchburg; only about 30 minutes and well worth it. Beautiful, scenic drive and only a 5 minute hike to the rocks, which are beginner level for climbing. Don’t forget to stop by Otter Creek, which is only about 15 miles from the rocks.

Love coming to this spot on warm spring days with my dog. He's a little bit skiddish around the top and doesn't jump over the rocks (thankfully) but he enjoys relaxing with me and sitting in peace for good chunks of time. Rock formations are a decent sight to see and great place to bring family or friends to just sit...

Indian Gap Rocks is a short (1/4 mi) trail off the Blue Ridge Parkway, about Mile 47. No awesome views but an interesting rock formation (multiple large boulders oddly arranged) at the end of the trail. You can climb the rocks or walk below the formation on the trail.
