Bellview Winery — Attraction in Buena

I've attended many events here and toured this winery and it's bountiful vineyards, always enjoying my visit, exiting eager to return! I'm an artist, my husband and I own Quirky Turky Art Studio and Gallery of Millvilles Art District. We've relocated our gallery(currently under construction)to Clementon NJ. At an July 3rd event I recognized a fellow artists art on display. I was very disappointed by the patrons seated in the viewing area that were extremely rude to my friend, a fellow local business owner. They were combative and argumentative to my friend. This was an outdoor event with 6' distancing, on the way to the restroom I stopped to view the displayed art, as I recognized the pieces and the Artist( no small feat) My friend stopped and commented on the art then made a comment to the seated patrons. They began yelling at him and presumably me, saying we shouldn't be there!..... I'm associated with RRAC and was delighted the arts center was partnering with Bellview. I hope going forward more consideration is given to artists who display here. My friend and I are likely to purchase art but these patrons were deterrants! I wonder if they had that same effect on other potential buyers? I look forward to future events and viewing opportunities with the many pleasant patrons I've come to appreciate. I love this winery!! The owners are gracious and friendly when on site...The service is usually respectful but have to say my visit last Sat. proved to be different 😔 Mgr. Michael, and the staff member, who was giggling and whispering to other workers (4 to be exact), he refused to name, several times when asked, disappointed me greatly. What was an obvious easy interaction and resolution between guest and management, from what i believe and other patrons who witnessed it told me outside, turned into a hostile interaction that was handled more than inappropriately in front of other guests and staff. Ruined the rest of my sons college send off and we decided to leave. Sorry Belleview owners for the bad review but I was just as surprised as you are right now. I was threatened and yelled at. Customer service was lacking..and it was a great disappointment. I have been to many of your events and always bring my whole family. I hope to continue to enjoy your great winery, but am leary of the management's capability of handling issues correctly and appropriate customer service. I have never had a problem in the past and hope to never have...

My visit to the winery in Landisville was a delightful sensory experience. The setting was beautifully landscaped, creating a serene atmosphere. The wines themselves were exceptional; each sip was a testament to their craftsmanship. However, I felt the customer service lacked enthusiasm in promoting their wines; a bit more engagement could have encouraged me to purchase more. Despite this, I recommended the venue to my sister-in-law for her nieces wedding or my brother-in-law's birthday.

I wished they had offered wine tastings or a sample sip before purchasing, which might have influenced my choices positively. One of the young ladies assisting us was friendly and helpful, though unfortunately, I didn’t catch their names. The other seemed reserved and hesitant, which slightly affected the overall experience.

Overall, the wines I purchased were truly enjoyable, and I would confidently recommend them to others. Despite the service lacking a bit in enthusiasm, I am willing to give this place another chance, especially since my family in the area visit during the summer and...
