Although this place is loads of fun for my 2 kids I don't know how frequently we will come back. Much of the equipment is run down, camper kids are unmonitored, loose parent monitoring. Equipment: The waterfall/dams feature has been mostly broken for 3 years now. Several of the larger spray features are only partially operational. Also they offer buckets and toys but they are all broken. Bring your own but be prepared for kids to take them. Literally a ~6 year old pulled the mini watering can I brought for my 1 year old daughter out of her hand and ran off. I had to chase him down to get that and my son's squirt guns back after he dropped it when a kid hit him in the head while trying to dump a bucket of water on him. Campers/Parents: When the camps come or it's crowded the popular spray guns get overrun or pushing starts at the operational fountains. Some inattentive parents/camp counselors don't help manage kids in turn taking or keeping kids from trampling others. I will only come back if there are no campers there and the lot is less full.

A great way to keep cool in the summer heat with little kids (better than the pool where you have to watch them like a hawk). Water guns and smaller water toys are allowed, which only adds to the fun (definitely bring a couple of buckets). Some of the equipment isn't working though, so a bit of maintenance wouldn't go astray.

Nice place, clean and good price! Definitely, I will return. I loved that it has several benches.

Once it starts getting warm out, we think of this place. Outside, small, not too crazy, spaces to sit near but out of splashing zone near the kids. Or the tables farther away where you can eat with your family. It's all gated and no pools, so you can let your guard down a little. The kids have so much fun running through different water sprays. My kids loved it. It has a tiny area for smaller kids/older babies who just want to play out of the spray zone as well with a cup and some water while the older kids run around. Look at the pictures of this place when making your decision, but I strongly...

I like this place a lot. It's great for little ones who can't swim but still love the water.

BUT, this place has been around for years but they don't seem to put money back into the park, which is disappointing. The water table area has been broken and in disrepair for a couple years now (there's supposed to be foam water wheels) and one arm of the water table was just altogether removed this year instead of being fixed.

I will continue to take my son here as he loves it and it is an inexpensive activity, but I do wish they would make some improvements or at least just fix...
