The Stationery Studio — Attraction in Buffalo Grove

When my order came in they had misspelled my last name on envelopes. They suggested for me to put a label over my embossed envelopes with the correct spelling. The quality was poor and the monogram that was pressed in on the note cards I ordered was deeper on one side than the other. So you have to look had to see my first initial. I have had the same stationary for the last 20+ years. I am so frustrated!!! Do NOT order from them. You cannot send back and they just want you to spend more money. If you are like me, you just threw away over $200 worth of what should have been my new stationary. I will order from EMBOSSED GRAPHICS from now on. They have never gotten my order wrong. So disappointed!! I ordered their stadium cups which they claim to be heavy duty. What I received was not much more than a solo cup. I could squeeze and collapse the cup with 2 fingers. I contacted them and was told that is their stadium cup and it was thinner because it was the 12 oz cup. This makes no sense. AWFUL!!!!!!! 😤😤😤 Do NOT purchase their personalized plastic cups because their sizes are a lot smaller than they show and 2 cups had white scratch like markings on them that were permanent marks! After several back and forth emails to customer service plus pictures and a liquid test video to prove they were wrong, nothing was resolved and no refunds or exchanges! Not willing to work with me at all!! My first and LAST order ftom this AWFUL...
