Whenever I want to have a quick hike in Mill Pond Reservoir & conservation area, this is my go to parking location. Easy access to the trails and being less crowded is ideal. Only worry is that since this is a dead end, and some people park at the very end blocking anyone to do a 3 point turn (happened once) so if you are not the best in reversing your vehicle, watch out 😉. People usually wear masks and I see lot of people walk their dogs here. But please keep them on a leash. No other facilities onsite, so don't expect more than just serving as a parking space until you finish your hike. Beginner friendly trail around the reservoir.

Not much room for parking. Can maybe fit 3 cars. I went mid day though and I was the only car there. Pretty spot. Especially right now seeing the changing colors around the pond was very nice. Trail was a little hard to follow at points not super clearly marked. I went to the left, maybe the trail to the right is more clear. Will try that next time.

Be careful when you park here. You will get tickets! Took me a quite long time to appeal with that ticket. (multiple appeals in 2 months) Although the ticket was given before the new NO PARKING sign was installed. I'm not sure if parking is still available in the water treatment facility.

The most inconsiderate dog owners walk these trails. My small young daughter is afraid of dogs and even though there are signs everywhere to leash dogs everyone seems to think they are the exceptions. One dog aggressively ran up to my daughter toppling her over and when I confronted the owner they said “if you don’t like it, go home”. Terrible place, and things won’t change until someone is...
