Short walk down a gravel road to an abandoned farm and warm springs. Signs posted to stay away from water. Sod-walled wildlife viewing blind on property. Saw several snakeskins around the area, so keep an eye on your kids/dogs. There is a trailhead with informational signs across from the Frenchglen Hotel. Parking for one or two cars at the gate trailhead as well.

A pleasant, shorter walk that takes off across the road from the French Glen Hotel. Excellent to do before or after dinner. It can be buggy in mosquito season. Take your binoculars and bird book if you are a birder. There is lots to see.
