Winter time: has a nice big flat parking lot, I visited it while it was snowing, the hill is big enogh to be fun, but the is very long sraw like weeds in poor sandy like soil, there has to be a lot of snow to cover the very stalky brush an inch of snow won't cut it. How ever I went on the weekend and there wasn't anyone else there for sledding so it was a good spot verses a crowded hill. There were many people walking dogs here. The parking area was large. I cannot talk to the features that would be seasonal only features but as far as a sledding only experience it was like a 4 out of 5 for a free sledding hill, if I changed anything it would be to have grounds crew mow in Novermber down to a 1 inch height.

There are two playgrounds within the same woodchip area. One for 2.5 and up and another for kids 4 and older depending on capabilites. No handicapped accessible gear. Watch your bags as the ants are abundant. The sledding hill is huge. You'll have quite the ride down and a nice long hike back up. There is an ice house with two skating rinks nearby. Plenty of parking.

Very peaceful park. Has much to explore from the big playground to the small playground and swings. There is a bball court and several tennis courts and down the stairs to the baseball fields and I'm sure more.

Neill park is a fun place and there are lots of options. Two different playgrounds side by side; one for younger and the other for older but can really play at both. In warmer weather, green areas to run around on. Basketball court, sand volleyball court, and recently renovated tennis courts. There are some baseball fields down the hill through the greenery (they have their own parking lots leading there). In the winter, a great place for some good sledding down a big hill! Great place to take the kiddos to burn some energy for...

We met up with my Daughter and her Family to Celebrate her Daughter's 8 year old birthday along with 25 children from her class and they all loved to go sledding down that huge hill, even my husband went down on a sled which was so funny! The inside warming house Pavilion is very nice and lots of room inside and there was a smaller bathroom on the outside of...
