The falls side is accommodating to most and is so beautiful. The 1 mile "pine knob trail" start's off with a Hill climb at the top left or right is your choice. I turned right and hiked at least two and a half miles up and down one beautiful Hill and valley after another. I believe I counted at least 16 ant hills. I could have been only 30 ft from the end, but I couldn't tell, cause I turned around and walked two and a half miles back.
