I heard about this park through a local home school co-op but didn’t make the trip until today. I’ve been taking my kids to the centerville park but I like this one much more. It’s spacious, well kept and has something for everyone. I was particularly happy about the various paved trails winding through the grounds. I’ve been looking for a safe place to let my kids run and I believe I’ve found that here. My son ran through the trails, all the way to the playground where he climbed on everything. There are tennis courts, a playground, a ball field, several covered/seated picnic areas, as well as a rather large covered picnic area. There are several benches throughout the park to sit and rest or to people watch. Watering stations are provided for pets and pooper scooper bags are provided for free to clean up after your pets.
