By far the cleanest beach we've visited on the island. Trash cans everywhere. We parked very close, on the road, so no parking fee. We spent a lovely afternoon floating, listening to music from speakers people had brought, watching groups of young ones playing, squealing with laughter, catching jelly fish in buckets and 'riding' the waves. No out of control, obnoxious screaming, no fights, no one was throwing sand. Families were cooking, a heated domino tournament drew spectators and each game ended in good-natured laughs and handshakes. Hammocks were hung from trees, a clever gentleman was collecting cans and bottles with his floating wagon so folks didn't even have to get out of the sea. (Although I did watch a man walk out deeper with crushed cans in his hands and bury them in the sand with his feet. WHO FREAKING DOES THAT WITH A GUY 30 FEET AWAY WILLING TO COME TO HIM TO GET HIS TRASH?!? This is why we wear water shoes people! It's all fun and games until someone needs a tetanus shot.) The restaurant and bar kept folks supplied with necessities and the little store offered just about anything you could want including ice cream and fruit bars and the tiniest rolls of toilet paper you've ever seen. There are baños and even a shower to rinse off if you can get to it. It's a hot commodity, as you can imagine. I can't tell you how much we enjoyed Buyé and wish we had come earlier in our stay. An idylic afternoon. As evidenced by the...

Warm smiles amazing food, family friendly safe atmosphere.

Great restaurant, serving breakfast lunch and dinner, either A/C indoors or Alfresco. The seafiod is fresh the service makes you feel like family. With the Chef and owner visiting your tables genuinely interested in your stay.

The beach is gorgeous, private, and uncongested a true gem. Available to guests and day trippers alike.

Cabins are spartan, no decor but who's indoors anyway? Spacious with separate bedroom sleeps 4-5 with modern silent split a/c system in the bedroom. Bring your own everything; as you will need bed sheets, blankets pillows, pots & pans, dishes it your staying for a long peruod and on a budget... Stove and good sized refrigerator in cabin.

Parking for cabin guests comes with an included gate remote control is very convenient. Visitors parking for only $4 is perfect for the Day Tripper, get there early... Free roadside parking is also available the walk can be long.

The property is gated, fully staffed and has unobtrusive security personnel.

We visited, we stayed and visited...

What a lovely place to be with family. We are visiting PR from Boston. We stay at Ponce and this beach was in our bucket list. Road is getting too narrow when you get closer to the beach. So Drive carefully. We were there around 10 am in saturday morning however the parking lot was already full. We just followed local people parking on side ways. We were able to find a secluded place on the beach. Water was super warm clean and cristal clear. Perfect for kids. After an hour or so beach was over crowded. We found some broken glass bottle on the sands. Come on people do not do this to this heaven. On the northern part, you can find more secluded places with cristal clear blue water. However the private boats make this part of the beach covered with oil. Not good for sustainability. You can find water and meals at the beach. Just please keep this place clean. We will be back to this...
