Cute little winery and farm!We stopped in here yesterday and enjoyed a wine tasting. Tasting comes with about 6 types of sweet whites and red which they grow and make. All very good. Our favorite was the Leon Millot, not overly sweet and was refreshing, purchased a bottle to take home. Wine slushies were included with the tasting were in both red and white, yummy & great for hot days! Everything was priced very reasonably. Highly recommend the cheese plate to have with your wine, quality cheese(1 hard 1 soft), with olives, nuts, crackers, fig spread, and a little caprese salad (which was delicious). Walked the grounds, very cute barn and vineyards. Small and quaint, with room to grow and expand hopefully. Has a front patio you can sit out on and drink your wine. No outside music when we we there, but they did inform us of special guests come an play live music on wknds. Staff was very friendly and informative, (thanks Becky and help!) They went above and beyond. Place is great for small venues too. We will...
Read moreNice place and very quaint, has a lot of charm. Has a very nice seating area. Many who come here are getting a feel of that Midwest farm. They serve cheese and crackers, grapes, and have a great fig jam. Hard to mess up a serving of that. The day I was there a food wagon was serving up what looked like a decent little pizza. I did not eat that, so no review there. The children who came seemed to enjoy themselves running thru the grape vines and extensive large lawn. It's a tad pricey and my wine in a plastic "glass" was too sweet for me and not really chilled. Their wine list is extensive and average price for a cup was $8 bucks best I...
Read moreHad some good wines but they are all sweet. We are Cab lovers so was a little hard to get used to the sweetness. However, did really like the cranberry wine...it will be great chilled and put in a martini glass. Also enjoyed the spiced wine. They served it cold but think we'll enjoy it more warmed for the holidays. Get the pretzel basket to help clean the palate between wines. They have areas to sit and listen to music, or can sit on the grass and have a picnic. Note that you cannot bring your own food or beverage. There was a pizza truck there. Great place to relax and enjoy...
