The only park in Calera that is unexpected the very first time but once you look at it this way, the looks start to show and they become rather sweet almost like a well-written poem. They even have a little stadium for track or games going on.
Environment: This is a lot, it's near a stadium, a library, a high school, it almost seems like the park is together or born with everything else, it all matches and comes with a twist.
They have playgrounds for the kids and while they may be on the older side, they still work as they should, just like how every park would be.
A walking trail with 2 bridges in the middle, couple sculptures here and there, which by the way have a lot of detail in them, even those who know Sonic The Hedgehog might be genuinely surprised too. ✌
All in all, the park is very friendly to all ages and sizes, you can walk your furry friends too! They have small pavilions for rent so you can have a cheeky birthday party for the little ones,...
Read morePark was extremely nice, alot of money went in to the park. Our girls were playing an all day tournament in "extreme" heat! By 5 o'clock games the concessions were closed, bathrooms out of hand towels and toilet tissue. Our girls were still playing in tournament game and at 10pm when both teams are on the field the "ENTIRE" ballpark went black (lights out!) The coach's for both teams had to use their flashlights on cell phones to find all girls and bring them back to the dug outs. Park personnel told us they could have the city turn the lights back on, but didn't know how long that would take.
