In my heart I give this beach 5 stars all day Long. Over the years the wear and tear of the ocean has damaged the acess, the beautiful steps down have been pounded by this past winter, and have made it difficult for most to get down. It doesn't have a bathroom, so most people don't frequent this beach. I personally love that part. It's not a beach for swimming as the kelp is thick here, but again why I love this beach. It's a healthy beach and at one time when our ocean was healthier, it was teaming with abalone. Sometimes you can still find the occasional shell hear, but the tides change annually. Low tide has been amazing in years past at this beach, but climate change has definitely shifted that.
