David Arthur Vineyards — Attraction in Napa Valley AVA

This is my first ever review.. I was ant David Arthur Winery exactly 4 weeks ago with my dear friend/ and adventure buddy. We got a tour of the winery and did a very personal wine tasting with the most gorgeous view of Napa valley with Jeffrey (hope I got the name right) You would have thought we had known Jeffrey for years, he gave us a tasting of the most amazing wine, while teaching us all about David Arthur and the most beautiful story of how this vineyard and winery became David Arthur winery. He even unintentionally went over the time limit of our visit because of how natural and great this moment was. This was the most beautiful and special day Michael and I have ever had together. Unfortunately, Michael passed away of a heart attack last weekend and that’s why I wanted to go on here and personally thank Jeffrey and David Arthur winery for giving Michael and I the best last weekend we have ever had together. I will Cherish that moment on that gorgeous hillside on the most perfect (last weekend of summer) day together. Between the wine, the conversation and the view I will never forget this moment. Fabulous experience this past weekend at David Arthur vineyards. We had a group of 8 who where personally cared for by Jeffrey. He was amazing, warm and informative. Wonderful wines tasted in the vineyard surrounded by fields of golden vines and under a 300 year old oak tree (with lots of family history). Although Cabs predominate, the other grape varietals and blends are what i thought differentiated D.A. from other high end wines. I would surely visit to experience something special.
