There's a road nearby that you can hear cars from, but aside from that it's a really nice place. The park is small but it has a lot of nature around, nice shade from the trees for most of the day, picnic tables, and two grills. There's also a public restroom, and a boat dock that people sometimes fish at or you can watch people dock and undock their boats. There's also some trees with these fluffs that fall from the trees when a wind blows, so it looks like a really light and slow snow almost when...

This park is one of many we visit with our Pomchi dog Gizmo. Though Gizmo has conquered many parks the park is his favorite ours as well!! There are restrooms, picnic tables a boat ramp and a beautiful view of the Sacramento river and a plethora of wild animals and birds. Beavers, egret's, skunks, sometimes deer as well as beavers and other as others Plenty of foilage, trees as well. The park is well shaded comfortable even...

Lay on the dock and watch the airplanes take off from the Sacramento airport. Beautiful small picnic spot. Very clean with a boat launch.
