Four Sisters Ranch is more than just a wine-tasting destination: it’s an immersive country experience, with beautiful views, expansive grounds, and a rich family history that adds a colorful dimension to one of Paso Robles’ best properties. We savored an impressive range of Rhone, Bordeaux, and Burgundian varietals, while co-owner Serena Friedman described how she and her husband, Michael Drucker—both physicians—moved from Los Angeles to Paso in the 1980s to forge their way in the world of wine. The couple purchased hundreds of acres of unimproved land and gradually turned it into one of Paso’s best wineries, joining a handful of viticultural pioneers who saw the region’s early potential. Read moreWe had a wonderful visit to Four Sisters.
First the staff: From the moment we walked in to advise of our arrival (we had reserved an RV stay through Harvest Host), we were greeted with positive energy and smiles. They helped us navigate to our spot and encouraged us to make our way back to the tasting room asap as they were harvesting and said we could meet the wine maker, etc.
The Tasting Room: the tasting room was very comfortable, including a couch by a fireplace for you to sit and relax while sampling some of their wines. We were fortunate enough to have both of the owners onsite and providing us with stories of each wine as they poured for us.
The wine: we have visited many wineries over the years throughout the country and we found the wines to be of good quality. They clearly put much love into the wine. Each varietal was distinctive and quite rememberable.
Final note: we stayed until the tasting room closed, purchased some snacks from the tasting room, along with a couple bottles of wine and a glass of wine each to enjoy outside overlooking the beautiful valley below.

I loved their Zin, Cab, and the blends they had too. Added bonus, the wine maker served us, and we got to try out wine blending and make our own blend! Beautiful property and nice discount for your first purchase when you join...
