Highland Valley Vineyards — Attraction in California

Highland Valley Vineyards makes the best red wines in San Diego. The location from the road looks just like a normal house located on a hill, but don't be deceived, amazing wine is close by. All of the wines servered at the vineyard are red. Mainly focusing on Bordeaux style and all of them are delicious. My favorite is their Cabernet Sauvignon, which is the best you'll find in the area. The view from the winery also is incredible. All of the seating in the outside seating area provides views of the gorgeous valley. Their tastings and wine from a glass are a good price, even cheaper then some of the wineries in the region. Their bottles are also very reasonably priced for the quality even compared to other wineries around the world. Fantastic all around, from the owners to the patrons and especially the wine. Skip the bigger places with signs up and down the highways, this place is THE place you want to go for relaxation, good conversation, great views, and better wine fermented with care. Not a lot of space, so keep the family at the Disney parks (though families are welcome), this is good for adults on a mission to relax and the vibe is obvious.
