Awesome workout walking up the hills, combined with beautiful and festive lights. Went around 6 PM about two weeks before Christmas, parking was not difficult. Walked around for about an hour, and by the time we left, nobody was parked around us, it was very easy to leave.
Decorated houses off in various directions, lots to explore. However, the decorated houses are not that dense, nor are most of the decorations spectacular. There are a few gems worth seeing & it is a great experience to enjoy in SD at little to no cost.
Some families were out in the driveways, enjoying the season with fire pits, and others offering hot cocoa & treats for a small price.
Some areas do not have sidewalks, and it was quite busy, both people walking around and driving through.

Read moreLove Jungle Bell Hill. Lots of the houses in this neighborhood go all out for this holiday. People sell hot cocoa, crafts, popcorn. Really festive!
You can walk the neighborhood, but some of the hills are quite steep, so best for little ones to ride in the car.
Hint: go on Sunday or weekday nights for less traffic. Pack your patience, sometimes there are lots and lots of people who want to experience this wonderful treat.
