The park was easy to find. It is located north of Blythe just off of Route 95. There is pavement all the way until you arrive at the park. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic.

Our site, C11, was a back in that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp and water only) were to the right rear. One needs a long power cable and hose to reach the services from our site Distancing is reasonable for an urban park. Had the park been full we would have been almost slide to awning. Most sites did not a vegetation barrier Each site has a table and NONE have a fire pit. Our site was flat but sloped to the front. There are longer, wider sites available to fit almost any needs. Overall the park was pretty nice but the grass was very dry and needed some attention and the interior roads were hard packed dirt. Still they were easy to drive on and dust was not a big issue. We were pleased to discover that a Black/Gray water mobile dump service was available. No decamping to dump if you are staying for a longer term. The cost was $6.00.

We did not use the included “Tengo” wifi. We did find a few OTA TV. Satellite should not be difficult. We did not use the washrooms or free showers but we checked and found the washrooms to be clean but the unisex showers were a bit grungy looking.

There is a Boat ramp and dock accessing the Colorado River. A very nice small sandy beach can be found at the north end just outside of the park. There are no restaurants or services within easy walking distance from the park but you can purchase Ice at the office. Most services are available in the town of Blythe which is about 10 minutes away.

We found this park to be a quiet, pleasant urban RV park. We paid a weekly rate that worked out to $28.42 inc $2.00 per night for the dog and we feel we received very good value. We will be back if in...

We prefer to Boondock most of the time, so unserviced areas are our preference because they are generally quieter and less crowded. 'A' loop sites near the river are water only, and except for a couple on the far south end of the park, are VERY short. A 20' unit is about all for them. We were the only ones there however for most of our 2 week stay.

No generators allowed in the park at all, so the A loop remains quiet if you are good for a few days without electrical. A small day use area is between Loop A and the river. When we were here in February, the day-use sites were empty, so we put our chairs there under the sun shelters and enjoyed the view of the river. Very nice. No beach access however, as the park is about 30 feet above the height of the river, and the river embankment is very steep. Probably just as well, as the river current is very strong.

All other sites in B and C loops are much longer, all have water, most appear to have power, and some may have sewer. B & C Loops are also much more crowded. All sites are on grass, and the park as a whole is just a nicely treed field with services. Bathrooms appear clean and modern, though we only used our own. Trailer dump station is on concrete and is clean and neat. However, the strange layout is at 90 degrees to the road, which means either back in, or drive out into the field to turn around and come back. Prices are reasonable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We...

The park is beautiful with lots of green areas to roam, you can bring your bikes for kids to ride, the downside is that there is only so much space to get a spot to bring your chairs and umbrella near the water, and what kills it is !!!there is only 4 showers and restrooms for all campers at the park!!" If you dont have a trailer with shower or wc you will need to wait in line, and i warn you... the showers are worst than the bathrooms, so sad to see people dont take care of this beautiful place this restrooms and showers where just built not to long ago, and its a shame people dont take care of them, and the maintenance is done so poorly to clean them at least they should throw a bucket with clorox to disinfect them, other than that like i said if you have your camper with your own shower and restroom and are one of the first ones arriving to get a good spot on the water, then you will have a really enjoyable experience...also during july bring lots of mosquito repellent you...

What's not to love about public campgrounds? This park has set aside a significant portion of its overall space for camping. There is one section for tent camping and two for RV camping. All spaces seem to be roomy enough to get comfortable and stay awhile, which some folks do as there is an option to rent at least some of the RV spaces for a monthly rate. Stayed in the "C" area, which has shared power and water poles across a quad of sites so make sure you have long enough hoses and cords to reach. Close enough to Blythe to make running into town for groceries/supplies easy and convenient; far enough away to be pretty quiet. The personnel on site were all polite and friendly, happy to answer any questions. Right on the Colorado River with a functional boat ramp plus the day use area overlooks the river. Definitely on the list of "would stay here again".
