Beautiful beach along Pt Reyes National Seashore. About 15-min (a mile hike to the beach from parking lot). A beautiful drive from the bear valley visitor center especially the last 10 minutes going over and around the rolling hills with cows grazing. The beach is secluded and empty on weekdays late afternoons. Folks who don’t hike much may have a longer time hiking back to parking lot. There’s no resting spot or bench on the trail and rather narrow trail at times. Must bring your own water. A bathroom is located in the parking lot. 3-4 large drift wood pieces placed at a few spots for visitors to sit down and rest.
