This casino is the worst casino that I have ever been too. I hit a jackpot here and waited for 15min for an employee to show up to unlock the machine, so after 15min I went looking for an employee and when I got back to the machine 5 min later two shady looking dudes were sitting on both sides of my machine and the jackpot had been cleared along with the rest of my money totaling in $2,750! So I went to the office where they prepare the hand pay before bringing it to you and they were about to bring it out to one of the shady characters. This is when I realized those two dudes took what I had left on the machine which was $1,100 and change. So I went back to my machine and they were already gone from that area, at this point an army of casino security and floor managers want to ask me what happened as the write down the story 100 times each, all the while I’m telling them “go get that guy he has my money, then I see him, and I point him out and they do nothing, so I confront him, I didn’t touch him, I just walked up to him and told him to give me my money (I assumed this would entice security to do there job) but once again they did nothing. I spent 4 hours answering questions and waiting, in the end it was there employee that didn’t follow protocol and did not check with the eye in the sky to get confirmation they were releasing $3,000 to the right person.
What happened next shows you how little they care about there customers, community, and themselves. Not a single employee apologized, the highest person they brought out to talk to me said “ man that really sucks” while chuckling. Not a single staff member offered me anything, I eventually went to the hosts and even the hosts manager and they said “We can’t give you any free play at this time”. There entire staff failed, there entire staff refused to help or make the situation better. Towards the end of this nightmare I was frustrated and started writing this review as I waited for a staff member to come back so we could make a police report because they told me that I had to be there on site to make the report. This is the cherry on top, as I wait for this guy to come back and call the cops with me, there main manager lady comes up to me and tells me I chased a guy down on the floor which I didn’t I walked up to him to try and get my money back and she said I yelled at her manager (first of all they all seem to be a manager of something yet I would trust them to manage making me a sandwich) So after she accuses me of these two things she kicks me out of the casino!
I am so dumbfounded, I care far less about the money and I’m not even mad at the guy who robbed me anymore but I am furious at there staff! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any establishment in my life. Your money isn’t safe at Rolling Hills and Neither are you. Oh and the guys buddy who was sitting next to the guy that robbed me he was allowed to stay, I saw him when I was being escorted out because of why again? It wouldn’t surprise me if the thief was allowed to stay.
The worst, most entitled staff I’ve ever had the misfortune of interacting with. I would suggest every other casino in the north state over going to Rolling Hills, or just give your money away to a homeless guy instead of going there… I mean that’s pretty much what they did to me anyways.
Don’t go here, don’t give them a dime because when you actually need there help they won’t lift a single finger and then they will kick you out for trying to...
Read moreI arrived to attend the Dierks Bentley concert. At the main gate security stopped me before I walked through the metal detectors to ask me if my (service) dog was a service dog and what task she was trained for, when I told her she was a psychiatric service animal she replied "oh someone's been reading the ADA website". Once I entered the gate I was stopped by a very hostile man and 3 other security guards telling me I couldn't bring her in because dogs aren't allowed. When I told him she was my service animal, he got very upset and argumentative and then asked if she was vaccinated, to which I told him she was. He asked me if I had proof of certification, licencing and vaccination and I told him per the ADA I am not required to supply those documents. He then told me it was a new policy that the casino requires proof and that if I didn't have it I needed to "go home". Another lady walked up and told me the same thing and said "it's what the casino wants so that's. What they're gonna get. Luckily it was cool out so I took my dog to my car. Once I entered I wanted a wristband. I showed the staff my government issued temporary license with a picture of the one I lost and they told me because the one I had on me didn't have a picture they wouldn't accept it. Later on in the evening I was standing in the main isle between the VIP section and the lawn, and a security guard approached me and told me I couldn't stand there and needed to "move along" yet groups of people were standing along the entire isle where he had just passed. I turned to the person I was with and then felt something touch my side. When I turned back around, a second security guard (working for precision security named Joe) was standing up against me and towering over me to intimidate me. He then put his hand on me and moved me out of the way. The treatment I received from the staff at this even was at best, abysmal. I can't comprehend how staff could treat someone with a disability the way they treated me, or how their security team treats women in a manner that is not only disrespectful but also terrifying. I'd give zero stars if I could, and will be warning others of this treatment. This was the first time I have ever attended Rolling Hills Casino, and it will definitely...

BAD: A malfunctioning treadmill in the fitness center hindered workout plans, proving to be a letdown. My toilet clogged on first use in my room, despite a courtesy flush. I didn't even use toilet paper before this happened. It was my first use of the toilet. Confusion over the South Tower's connection to the casino led to inconvenient parking and an unnecessary double trip during my stay. The wings at Rock Band Restaurant fell short of expectations, overwhelmed with black pepper and arriving cold. Questioning the reliability of a slot machine due to a visual misalignment created uncertainty, especially when the Minor Jackpot did not register. High-tech surveillance machines felt awkward, but I acknowledged their role in deterring wrongdoing. Unexpected slot machine glitches powering off during card insertion added frustration to the gaming experience. Uncomfortable encounters with security personnel, including sideways looks and a prolonged stand behind me, were unexpected and unwarranted. An individual's attempt to sell me his shoes in the high limit room, without timely security intervention, disrupted gameplay. The absence of a designated area to dry off post-swim, especially at night with a chilly breeze, proved challenging and uncomfortable. Propane heaters outside would do the trick as your pool closes at 11pm and I don't want to walk back into the hotel dripping. Observing a lack of visible sanitization efforts. I was there for 48 hours and didn't see anybody cleaning any machines or doors. More accessible sanitization wipes for guests are recommended. Hotel staff was sick with a virus as well as two different customers I spoke with and they told me they caught it at the casino.
GOOD:
Taco Tuesday had generous meat portions and delicious beans. A staff member who also had the tacos that night suggested a slightly larger to-go container for the beans, a sentiment I agreed with. The inclusion of roll pillows in the rooms demonstrated an extra level of consideration for guest comfort, a unique touch...
