Pretty cool park for such a small community. There are ample picnic tables and barbecue areas available by reservation. A small playground has toddler swings and big kids swings, and a playground structure for small kids with slides, climbing steps and other structures. There is a payment slot for self-pay day use fees of the playground. Along the back of the park are many old, antique, and ancient farm equipment with a few informative displays. There are bathrooms and porta-potties. Overall, it’s a nice, relaxing place to have a quiet lunch or a family party. If you choose to give a thumbs-up 👍🏽 or not, I hope you found my review helpful!

I love this place ever since I was a little girl living in Tres Pinos... I love to take the kids to get out and get some fresh air and take the nature trails and play on the playground and take in some history of our dear county at the same time. I always leave a small donation cause I appreciate what the historical Park members have done to preserve some of our historical buildings.

One of the best kept secrets of San Benito. Huge park with playground, picnic tables, BBQ, tractors, farming equipment, train museum, hiking trail, and historical buildings. We reserved an area for a party and it was clean, close to bathrooms, and everyone had a good time. Explore the area - you will be surprised at what you find.

Interesting little side trip worth taking. I was surprised to see the stark difference between a 1950s garden tractor and today's version. The one from the 50s looks just like a cute little scaled down Caterpillar D2. Are they serious? Tracks and everything! Must have been a little tough on the lawn, I can't even guess the weight of this thing. That is just one example of the interesting and well labeled implements sprinkled around. There's also a historical village that unfortunately we did not see. It's worth going back soon to finish checking...

Quiet, peaceful, and spacious. Has a playground for kids with a swing set. Several spaces that include large BBQ pits. Picnic tables and trash cans are provided. Plenty of shade provided by the countless trees. Has bathrooms with running water. Great historical village trail with historical buildings and farm equipment. We always come here to celebrate my daughter's birthday as it is never crowded. Costs $3 per car. To rent spaces contact the San Benito County Public works. Last time we reserved a space it cost $50 for the day. Highly...
